I’m Sara, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) with experience working in clinical, community, research, and private practice setting with individuals of all ages and backgrounds who want support managing chronic health conditions or a personalized preventative nutrition approach for a healthier and tastier life!
I love meeting people where they’re at in their health journey and helping them achieve their goals using compassionate coaching, evidence-based strategies and experimenting in the kitchen!
My goal is to understand YOU, your goals, your preferences, and tailor a nutrition and wellness plan that allows you to make sustainable food and lifestyle changes for long-lasting results.
Our nutrition and lifestyle habits are an expression of love to ourselves. We care for our bodies by putting nutritious foods on our plate and moving daily. We tend to our minds with mindfulness practices that cultivate self-knowing and self-respect. I fundamentally believe that YOU are worthy of that love and care!
In a world saturated by diet culture and fad diets (hello Oatzempic and Cabbage soup diet, yes it’s real!) it’s hard to sift through what’s solid guidance toward a healthier life and what’s just another fad that will create quick results and leave you utterly disappointed and defeated 3 months down the road.
My passion is to help you sort through the BS and keep you accountable on a path that will ultimately allow you to achieve the wild, vivacious, sexy, and energetic life you’ve been craving!
